I’m Chris Wrend, owner/licensed contractor of Wrend Residential born and raised right here in Central Florida. I’ve been working in the construction industry since 2010, with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship and solutions built to withstand our unique climate. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I bring that local knowledge and attention to detail to every project we take on.
